Overseas Momevent

After a life devoted to Vovinam Viêt Võ Ðâo and many reflections, Grand Master Le Sang decided that after him there would not have been any other Patriarch, being aware of the situation and difficulties. However he had to find out a way to continue his job, to disclose the system of the traditional philosophical techniques, in particular outside Vietnam. From here came out the decision to create the Overseas Movement.

The Overseas Vovinam Movement (Vovinam Viêt Võ Ðâo Hai Ngoai) is therefore an official organism approved by Master Patriarch Le Sang to develop this art inside and even more outside Vietnam.

Vovinam Viêt Võ Ðâo is almost present in each continent therefore the purpose of this organism is to develop, communicate, coordinate and organize the discipline of Vovinam Viêt Võ Ðâo in observance of the theoretical and philosophical teachings gave by our Grand Master Le Sang in his TO DUONG. They have to be the main teachings for all student. The Movement is formed by the Upper Council of Masters, (at the moment five, till a maximum of seven) and from a group of International Masters, (at the moment thirty, going to expand). The Council of the Overseas Masters is directly in contact with some members of the Council in Vietnam in order to exchange and keep update information on the activities.

Part of the Overseas Movement we find European, American, Australian, that maintain their own organization, but cooperate together for the common development.

The official document of the Council of Overseas Master has been approved and dated on the 31st of March, 2010, signed by Master Patriarch Le Sang.
